How does pricing work exactly?

If I hire a developer, are they my employee?
Your SkillTap developer will feel just like a normal full-time employee but technically, they'll be employed by SkillTap. We'll manage any HR or local tax requirements, so you don't have to worry about them.

What happens if I want to stop working with the developer?
You can cancel the contract anytime and we'll take care of letting the developer know your decision. We'll also help you find a new one.
